Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c. self-rising flour
- 1 egg
- 2 (3 1/2 oz.) pkg. instant coconut pudding mix
- 1/2 c. chopped nuts (pecans or walnuts)
- 2 Tbsp. melted margarine
- 1/2 c. vegetable oil
- 2 cans sweetened condensed milk
- 1 pt. sour cream
- 1 (8 oz.) carton Cool Whip
- 1 c. Tang
Method
- Crust:
- Mix the first 6 ingredients; press into a slightly greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
- Bake at 325° for 15 minutes.
- Cool.
