Ingredients

  • 1 lb. lean ground beef
  • 15 1/2 oz. corn, drained
  • 15 1/2 oz. pinto beans, drained
  • 15 1/2 oz. black beans, drained
  • 15 1/2 oz. green beans (Italian style), drained
  • 15 1/2 oz. stewed red ripe tomatoes
  • 15 1/2 oz. diced tomatoes with green chilies
  • 1 oz. low-sodium taco seasoning mix (dry)
  • 1 oz. Ranch-style dressing mix (dry)
  • 3 c. water

Method

  • In a stockpot, brown beef and drain well.
  • Add remaining ingredients.
  • Mix well and heat to boiling.
  • Reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes.
