Ingredients
- 1 lb. lean ground beef
- 15 1/2 oz. corn, drained
- 15 1/2 oz. pinto beans, drained
- 15 1/2 oz. black beans, drained
- 15 1/2 oz. green beans (Italian style), drained
- 15 1/2 oz. stewed red ripe tomatoes
- 15 1/2 oz. diced tomatoes with green chilies
- 1 oz. low-sodium taco seasoning mix (dry)
- 1 oz. Ranch-style dressing mix (dry)
- 3 c. water
Method
- In a stockpot, brown beef and drain well.
- Add remaining ingredients.
- Mix well and heat to boiling.
- Reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes.
