Ingredients
- 6 lb. potatoes
- 2 c. half and half
- 1 c. milk
- 1 stick butter
- 3 Tbsp. cornstarch
- salt and pepper
- 1 lb. Velveeta cheese
Method
- Cook potatoes in salt water until tender.
- Drain.
- Pour into a greased 9 x 13-inch cake pan.
- Make sauce of rest of the ingredients and pour over potatoes.
- Bake 30 minutes in a 350° oven.
