Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
- 1 large onion, diced
- 1 (16 oz.) can kidney beans (undrained)
- 1 (16 oz.) can corn (undrained)
- 1 (32 oz.) can chopped tomatoes
- 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
- 1 (8 to 12 oz.) can tomato juice
- 1 pkg. dry taco seasoning mix
Method
- Fry beef and onion together; drain fat.
- Add remaining ingredients, including liquid from beans and corn.
- Simmer 30 to 45 minutes.
- Serve topped with Fritos, Cheddar cheese or sour cream.
