Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1 c. all-purpose flour
- 1 c. milk
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. meat juice
Method
- Save meat juice from a roast.
- Blend eggs, flour, milk and salt.
- This batter will be thin.
- Pour meat juice into muffin tin large enough for 12 muffins.
- Warm pan and meat juice in oven. Pour thin batter over top of each muffin cup.
- Bake at 400° for 35 minutes or until they are golden brown.
- Serve standing around the roast on platter.
