Ingredients
- 1 gal. tomatoes, peeled and diced
- 4 to 8 large hot peppers, diced with seeds
- 1 1/3 c. vinegar
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. garlic powder
- 3 to 4 large green peppers, diced
- 6 to 7 onions, diced
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
Method
- Cook to boiling, simmer until thick.
- Stir often.
- Stir in 1 large can tomato paste and simmer 5 to 10 more minutes.
