- 1 lb. vegetarian burger (canned or rehydrated)
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1 envelope taco seasoning
- 1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chillies, drained (optional)
- 1 1/4 c. milk
- 3/4 c. Bisquick
- 3 eggs
- 2 tomatoes, sliced or chopped
- 1 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese or Cheddar cheese
Method
- In greased frypan, saute onion and warm vegetarian burger. Turn into greased casserole dish.
- Top with taco seasoning and mix lightly.
- Add optional chillies.
