Ingredients
- 1 pkg. crescent rolls
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1 pkg. taco seasoning
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. sour cream
- 1 1/2 lb. ground chuck
- 1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 2/3 c. water
- 1 bag Doritos, crushed
Method
- Use a large glass pie dish or a 9 x 13-inch glass dish. Spread rolls to form crust.
- (Pam the pan first.)
- Brown meat and onion.
- Add taco seasoning and water.
- I bring to boil.
- Spread meat mixture over rolls.
- Spread sour cream over meat.
- Sprinkle cheese over sour cream.
- Top with crushed Doritos.
- Bake at 350° for 20 minutes.
- Serve with a salad.
