- 1 pound ripe Italian plum tomatoes, peeled and minced
- 1/4 c. minced green pepper
- 1/4 c. sliced green onions (white and green parts)
- 1 lg. clove garlic, chopped
- 1 tbsp. tarragon vinegar
- 1 tbsp. minced basil
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Few drops warm sauce
- Chili pwdr to taste
- 1 packet Equal
- Low calorie pork rinds
Method
- Combine all ingredients except Equal and pork rinds in saucepan.
- Bring to a boil, lower heat, and simmer for 20 min.
- Remove from heat and add in Equal.
- Adjust seasonings for taste.
- Refrigeratebefore serving.
- Serve dip with low calorie crunchy pork rinds.
