Ingredients

  • 1 pound ripe Italian plum tomatoes, peeled and minced
  • 1/4 c. minced green pepper
  • 1/4 c. sliced green onions (white and green parts)
  • 1 lg. clove garlic, chopped
  • 1 tbsp. tarragon vinegar
  • 1 tbsp. minced basil
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • Few drops warm sauce
  • Chili pwdr to taste
  • 1 packet Equal
  • Low calorie pork rinds

Method

  • Combine all ingredients except Equal and pork rinds in saucepan.
  • Bring to a boil, lower heat, and simmer for 20 min.
  • Remove from heat and add in Equal.
  • Adjust seasonings for taste.
  • Refrigeratebefore serving.
  • Serve dip with low calorie crunchy pork rinds.
