Ingredients
- 2 tsp. olive oil
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 c. canned tomatoes
- 1/4 c. dry red table wine
- 6 black olives, pitted
- 1 Tbsp. rinsed, drained capers
- 9 oz. swordfish
- salt and pepper
Method
- In 12-inch skillet, saute oil, onion and garlic. Add all else, except the fish.
