Ingredients
- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 1 can cream of coconut
- 1 can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
- milk (not evaporated)
- 1 (8 oz.) carton Cool Whip
- 1 c. coconut
Method
- Bake cake according to directions.
- Mix cream of coconut and milk.
- Pour on hot cake (poke holes in cake).
- Cool completely. Top with Cool Whip.
- Sprinkle coconut on top.
- Very moist and delicious.
