Ingredients

  • 1-16 oz. bag frozen broccoli, carrots, and cauliflower combination, cooked and drained
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
  • 1/3 c. sour cream
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1 can Durkee french fried onions

Method

  • Combine veggies, soup, 1/2 c. cheese, sour cream, pepper and 1/2 can Durkee fried onions.
  • Pour into the 1 qt. casserole dish. Microwave on high 10-12 minutes or until bubbly.
  • Remove and sprinkle remaining onions over top.
  • Microwave until cheese is melted.
