Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb. boneless round steak
- 1 tsp. minced garlic
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 1/2 c. sliced celery
- 1 (16 oz.) can chopped tomatoes
- 1 c. beef broth
- 1/4 c. flour
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 2 large onions, sliced
- 1/2 c. sliced carrots
- 2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
Method
- Preheat oven to 300°.
- Rub meat with garlic.
- Combine flour, salt and pepper.
- With a meat mallet, pound all the flour mixture into the meat.
