Ingredients
- Swiss or round steak, cut into individual portions
- seasoned salt, pepper and Worcestershire sauce
- 1 can golden mushroom soup
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1 can water
- 1 pkg. carrot and peas
- 1 can mushrooms (optional)
Method
- Cut Swiss or round steak into individual portions.
- Add seasoned salt, pepper and Worcestershire sauce.
- Brown.
- Remove from frying pan and place into crock-pot or casserole.
- Add mushroom soup, tomato soup, water, carrot and peas, and mushrooms. Cook in crock-pot on high for 4 hours.
- In casserole, bake at 350° for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
- Whatever is leftover makes a good soup base.
