Ingredients
- 4 boneless chicken breasts
- 1 c. seasoned bread crumbs
- 2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
- 1 c. water
- 4 slices Swiss cheese
- 4 slices ham
Method
- Preheat oven to 425°.
- Flatten chicken breasts with rolling pin or meat tenderizer.
- Lay cheese and ham flat on chicken.
- Roll up chicken so ham and cheese are on the inside of chicken.
- Cover chicken with mayonnaise and water mixture, then roll in bread crumbs.
- Put on baking sheet in oven; bake for 30 to 40 minutes, until chicken is cooked thoroughly.
