Ingredients

  • 4 boneless chicken breasts
  • 1 c. seasoned bread crumbs
  • 2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
  • 1 c. water
  • 4 slices Swiss cheese
  • 4 slices ham

Method

  • Preheat oven to 425°.
  • Flatten chicken breasts with rolling pin or meat tenderizer.
  • Lay cheese and ham flat on chicken.
  • Roll up chicken so ham and cheese are on the inside of chicken.
  • Cover chicken with mayonnaise and water mixture, then roll in bread crumbs.
  • Put on baking sheet in oven; bake for 30 to 40 minutes, until chicken is cooked thoroughly.
