Ingredients
- 1 (9-inch) unbaked pastry shell (pricked with fork)
- 2 c. cubed cooked chicken or turkey
- 1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Swiss cheese
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 Tbsp. chicken-flavor instant bouillon
- 1 c. Borden milk
- 3 eggs, well beaten
- 1/4 c. chopped onion
- 2 Tbsp. chopped bell pepper
- 2 Tbsp. chopped pimento
Method
- Preheat oven to 425°.
- Bake pastry shell 8 minutes; remove from oven.
- Reduce oven temperature to 350°.
- In medium bowl, toss cheese with flour and bouillon.
- Add all remaining ingredients. Mix well.
- Pour into prepared pastry shell.
- Bake 40 to 45 minutes or until set.
