Ingredients

  • 1 (9-inch) unbaked pastry shell (pricked with fork)
  • 2 c. cubed cooked chicken or turkey
  • 1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Swiss cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 Tbsp. chicken-flavor instant bouillon
  • 1 c. Borden milk
  • 3 eggs, well beaten
  • 1/4 c. chopped onion
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped bell pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped pimento

Method

  • Preheat oven to 425°.
  • Bake pastry shell 8 minutes; remove from oven.
  • Reduce oven temperature to 350°.
  • In medium bowl, toss cheese with flour and bouillon.
  • Add all remaining ingredients. Mix well.
  • Pour into prepared pastry shell.
  • Bake 40 to 45 minutes or until set.
