Ingredients
- 1/2 c. water
- 1 lb. broccoli, chopped coarse
- salt
- 3 Tbsp. butter
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 3 Tbsp. chopped onion
- 1 1/4 c. milk
- 2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
- 2 eggs
Method
- In 2-quart saucepan, over high heat, add water, broccoli and salt to boiling.
- Cover and cook 10 minutes and drain.
- Set aside.
