Ingredients
- 3 sticks margarine
- 3 c. sugar
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- dash of salt
- 3 c. plain flour
- 6 large eggs
Method
- Cream margarine, cream cheese and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add salt and vanilla, then eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
- Add flour, small amounts at a time. Let mixer "go" for several minutes.
- Pour into a well-greased and floured tube pan.
- Bake 1 1/2 hours at 325°.
