Ingredients
- 2 c. flour
- 1 1/4 tsp. salt
- 4 Tbsp. butter
- 1/2 c. mandarin juice
- 4 tsp. baking powder
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 tsp. chopped mandarin peel
- 12 sugar cubes, broken in half
Method
- Mix all ingredients but mandarin juice and sugar cubes.
- Place biscuits on greased cookie sheet.
- Cover sugar cube halves with mandarin juice.
- When juice is absorbed, gently press one piece of sugar cube into center of each biscuit.
- Bake at 425° for 15 to 20 minutes.
- Serve with Sweet Mandarin Butter or Mandarin Marmalade.
