Ingredients
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 2 egg yolks, beaten
- 2 egg whites, beaten
- 1 c. raisins
- 2 c. water
Method
- Preheat oven to 325°.
- Cook raisins in water for 10 minutes or until water has cooked down.
- Cool raisins.
- Mix butter and brown sugar; add yolks and raisins.
- Fold in egg whites.
- Pour into unbaked pie shell.
- Bake at 325° until done.
