Ingredients
- 13 cups diced multicolored bell peppers
- 6 cups diced onions
- 3 cups cider vinegar
- 2 12 cups sugar
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 2 teaspoons mustard seeds
- 1 teaspoon celery seed
Method
- In a large pot, combine all ingredients.
- Bring to a boil, cover and simmer for 20 minutes.
- Pour hot mixture into hot, sterilized, canning jars, leaving 1/4-inch space.
- Adjust lids.
- Process for 15 minutes in a boiling-water bath.
