Ingredients

  • 3/4 cups Popcorn Kernels
  • 1/4 cups Water
  • 1/2 cups Sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoons Cayenne Pepper
  • Salt To Taste

Method

  • Pop all of the kernels using your preferred method for popping.
  • Make sure to sift through the popped kernels and get rid of any that might have not popped.
  • Those wouldnt be fun to bite into later.
  • In a small pot over a medium high heat, combine the water and sugar.
  • Stir until the sugar has completely dissolved.
  • Place popcorn onto a baking sheet and pour sugar mixture over the top, stirring quickly.
  • Coat your popcorn completely and then top with cayenne and salt.
  • Stir again.
  • Bake at 250 degrees F for 1 hour, stirring every 20 minutes.
  • Then snack away!
