- 1 (8 ounce) container sour cream
- 2 12 tablespoons sugar
- 2 teaspoons lime zest
- 1 lime, juice of
Method
- If you microwave lemons and limes about 10 seconds or so before squeezing the juice, you will get more out of it.
- Squeeze the juice of the lime; then grate the peel.
- Mix this with the sour cream and sugar.
- Put in a pretty dish to serve with your favorite fruit.
