Ingredients
- 2 ounce. citric acid
- 5 lbs. sugar
- Juice of 6 lemons
- Grated rind of 3 lemons
- 3 pts. boiling water
Method
- Combine all ingredients and stir over medium heat till dissolved.
- When cooled, store in refrigerator in easy-pour containers.
- This is a concentrate so use as much as desired either as cold or possibly warm lemonade.
