Ingredients
- 14 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 12 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 2 tablespoons sugar
Method
- Cook briefly over low heat, stirring to dissolve the sugar.
- Taste and add more vinegar if necessary.
- Cool before serving, or use as a basting sauce.
