Ingredients
- 1 box brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 c. melted oleo or butter
- 1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 c. chopped pecans
Method
- Beat eggs with brown sugar; add oleo and beat well.
- Add flour gradually.
- Add vanilla.
- Pour into 8 x 10-inch or 9 x 13-inch pan (greased or ungreased).
- Top dough with pecans.
- Bake at 350° about 40 minutes.
- Check for doneness.
- Looks like brownies.
- Cut into squares.
- Makes about 2 dozen squares.
