Ingredients
- 500 g rockmelon
- 500 g honeydew melon
- 1 cup ice (12 ice cubes)
- 2 cups (500 ml) orange juice
Method
1. Remove the rind and seeds from the melons. Cut the flesh into pieces and mix in a blender for 1 minute, or until smooth.
2. Add the ice and orange juice and blend for a further 30 seconds. Transfer to a large shallow plastic dish and freeze for 3 hours.
3. Return the mixture to the blender and blend quickly until smooth. Serve immediately with straws and long spoons.
