Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1/2 cup rice vinegar
- 3 tablespoons ketchup
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
Method
- In a small pot dissolve the corn starch with part of the water until it doesn't have any clumps.
- Put the rest of the water and the other ingredients together, mix well and heat the pan on a medium heat.
- Keep mixing it until the color changes from brown to red.
- Enjoy it!
