Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
- 2 c. sugar
- 4 whole eggs
- 2 c. flour
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- 2 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 1/2 c. grated carrots
Method
- Beat eggs.
- Add oil, then sugar.
- Mix.
- Add rest of dry ingredients.
- Fold in carrots.
- Pour into angel food-type cake pan.
- Bake for 45 to 60 minutes at 350°.
