Ingredients
- 1 c. chopped onion
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1 medium red cabbage, shredded
- 3 green apples, peeled and sliced thin
- 5 Tbsp. vinegar
- salt and pepper
Method
- Saute onion in butter in large pan. Add remaining ingredients and simmer 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
