Ingredients
- 1 c. rice
- 2 c. milk
- 1 vanilla bean
- 1 pkg. unflavored gelatin
- 1/2 c. sugar
- whipped cream
Method
- Cook rice in boiling water for 6 minutes. Strain and cook in pint of milk with vanilla bean for 20 minutes. Dissolve gelatin and sugar in small amount of water.
- Mix with rice mixture and chill.
- Fold in whipped cream and mold. Serve with strawberries that have been injected with liqueur.
