Ingredients
- 3 lb. chicken wings
- 1/2 c. ketchup
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 1/4 c. clear rice vinegar
- 3 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp. sesame oil
- 2 Tbsp. minced garlic
Method
- Rinse chicken and drain.
- Combine glaze ingredients in large bowl.
- Add chicken and toss lightly to coat.
- Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
- Preheat oven to 375°. Arrange chicken, skin side down, on baking plan lined with aluminum foil.
- Bake 25 minutes; turn over.
- Bake another 25 minutes or until a deep golden brown.
- Serve immediately.
