Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. savory sage sausage
  • green pepper to taste
  • onion to taste
  • 1 tomato
  • black olive slices to taste
  • 1 small can mushrooms
  • 1 box English muffins (6)
  • 1 pkg. sliced Swiss cheese

Method

  • Brown sausage with chopped green pepper and onion.
  • Drain grease.
  • Add olives, chopped tomato and mushrooms.
  • Keep warm. Place opened muffins on cookie sheet under broiler until crisp. Spoon mix onto muffins; cover with Swiss cheese and bake at 300° until cheese melts.
  • Makes 12 muffins.
