Ingredients
- 1 pkg. coconut
- chopped nuts
- 1 German chocolate cake mix
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 1 stick butter or margarine, softened
- 1 box powdered sugar
Method
- Grease and flour 9 x 13-inch pan.
- Spread coconut and nuts to cover the bottom of pan.
- Mix cake mix according to package directions.
- Pour into pan.
- Combine cream cheese and butter; mix well.
- Add powdered sugar.
- Place dollops of mixture onto cake mix.
- Do not touch sides of pan.
- Bake at 350° for 1 hour or until done.
- Needs no icing.
