- 1 lb. boneless chicken
- 1 c. coarsely chopped green bell pepper
- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1/4 c. soy sauce
- 1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple
- 3 Tbsp. vinegar
- 3 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 Tbsp. oil
Method
- Cook chicken in 1 tablespoon oil.
- Add remaining ingredients and cook slowly on top of stove.
- Serve over rice.
