Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb. chicken wings drummettes
- garlic salt and Accent to taste
- 2 beaten eggs
- cooking oil
- 1/2 c. vinegar
- 1/4 c. chicken broth (canned)
- 4 Tbsp. soy sauce
- cornstarch
- 3/4 c. sugar
- dash of salt
- 4 Tbsp. catsup
Method
- Sprinkle chicken wings with salt and Accent.
- Let stand for 1 hour.
- Dip wings in beaten eggs.
- Roll in cornstarch.
- Brown wings in oil in skillet.
- Drain on paper towels.
- Place wings in baking dish.
