Ingredients
- 1 c. chopped onion
- 6 slices whole wheat bread, cubed
- 1 stick margarine
- 1 (No. 203) can Worthington VegeBurger, drained and chopped
- 2 c. grated Cheddar cheese (8 oz.)
- 1 tsp. sage
- 4 eggs
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
Method
- Melt margarine and saute chopped onion and bread cubes. Combine onions and bread cubes with burger, cheese, eggs and spices.
- Press into oiled 9 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish.
