Ingredients

  • 1 lb. round steak, cut in strips
  • 1/2 c. onion, chopped
  • 1 c. fresh mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1/4 c. fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1 (16 oz.) pkg. noodles, cooked

Method

  • Brown steak strips in skillet.
  • Remove steak from skillet and set aside.
  • Add onions and mushrooms to skillet and saute until onions are tender.
  • Add meat, sour cream, parsley and seasonings. Stir over low heat until thoroughly heated.
  • Place noodles on serving platter and top with meat and sauce mixture.
  • Serves 4.
