Ingredients
- 8 cooked, peeled and diced potatoes
- 1 lb. American cheese, sliced into strips
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1/2 c. chopped green onion
- 1/4 c. chopped, stuffed olives
- 1/2 lb. partially fried bacon, chopped
- salt and pepper to taste
Method
- Combine first 6 ingredients.
- Place in casserole.
- Top with bacon.
- Bake 1 hour at 325°.
