Ingredients
- 1/2 c. margarine or butter
- 2/3 c. cocoa
- 2 2/3 c. powdered sugar (sifted)
- 1/3 c. milk
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Method
- Melt butter in sauce pan over medium heat.
- Add cocoa. Heat until mixture begins to boil. Stirring constantly until smooth. Pour into small mixer bowl. Cool completely. Add powdered sugar alternating with milk. Beat to spreading consistency. Blend in vanilla.
