Ingredients

  • 8 oz. fresh or frozen shelled large shrimp
  • 2 small summer squash or zucchini
  • 2 small onions, quartered
  • 1/4 c. lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp. cooking oil
  • 1/2 tsp. dried dill weed
  • 1/4 tsp. paprika
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 3/4 lb. boneless beef sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • cherry tomatoes

Method

  • Thaw shrimp, if frozen.
  • Set aside.
  • Diagonally cut summer squash or zucchini into 1-inch slices.
  • In a saucepan, cook squash and onions in a small count of boiling water, about 1 minute or until almost tender.
  • Drain.
