- 8 oz. fresh or frozen shelled large shrimp
- 2 small summer squash or zucchini
- 2 small onions, quartered
- 1/4 c. lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp. cooking oil
- 1/2 tsp. dried dill weed
- 1/4 tsp. paprika
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 3/4 lb. boneless beef sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
- cherry tomatoes
Method
- Thaw shrimp, if frozen.
- Set aside.
- Diagonally cut summer squash or zucchini into 1-inch slices.
- In a saucepan, cook squash and onions in a small count of boiling water, about 1 minute or until almost tender.
- Drain.
