Ingredients
- 1 c. dairy sour cream
- 1 egg
- 2 c. Pillsbury Hungry Jack buttermilk pancake and waffle mix
- poppy seed or sesame seed
Method
- Combine sour cream and egg in large bowl.
- Add pancake mix; blend until dry ingredients are moistened.
- Drop by tablespoon onto greased cookie sheet.
- Sprinkle with seed.
- Bake at 375° for 10 to 15 minutes until lightly browned.
