Ingredients
- 2 pkg. frozen squash, thawed
- 8 oz. Pepperidge Farm herbed seasoned stuffing mix
- 1 stick margarine
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 small chopped onion
Method
- Melt margarine and mix with dressing.
- Set aside.
- Mix squash, soup, sour cream and onion.
- Put 1/2 of the crumb mixture in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
- Pour on squash mixture.
- Top with remaining crumbs. Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
