- Add together in blender:
- 2 scoops chocolate protein powder( I used optimum nutrition)
- 1/2 cup stevia
- 1 cup oats
- 1/4 cup ground flaxseed
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 3 tbsp cacao powder
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1 tbsp sea salt
- 3 egg whites
- 3/4 cup unsweetend vanilla coconut milk
- Dash of vanilla
- Add after mixture has been blended:
- 1/2 cup 60^ cacao chips or Dark chocolate
Method
- Preheat oven to 350
- Once everything has been blended spray muffin tins with cooking spray, or use paper liners.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until knife comes out clean.
