Ingredients

  • Add together in blender:
  • 2 scoops chocolate protein powder( I used optimum nutrition)
  • 1/2 cup stevia
  • 1 cup oats
  • 1/4 cup ground flaxseed
  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 3 tbsp cacao powder
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 1 tbsp sea salt
  • 3 egg whites
  • 3/4 cup unsweetend vanilla coconut milk
  • Dash of vanilla
  • Add after mixture has been blended:
  • 1/2 cup 60^ cacao chips or Dark chocolate

Method

  • Preheat oven to 350
  • Once everything has been blended spray muffin tins with cooking spray, or use paper liners.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes or until knife comes out clean.
