Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 1/3 c. melted butter
- 1 c. chopped walnuts
- 1 c. seedless raisins
- 2/3 c. sugar
- 1 c. syrup
Method
- Beat eggs, sugar, butter and syrup together with rotary beater.
- Mix in the nuts and raisins by hand.
- Pour into a 9-inch pastry-lined pie pan.
- Bake 40 to 50 minutes or until set and pastry is nicely browned.
- Cool.
