Ingredients

  • 1 box Athens Mini Phyllo Shells
  • 1 jar Lemon Curd (I Like Dickinson's)
  • 4 ounces, weight Chocolate Chips, Melted
  • 1 package Blueberries, Strawberries, Raspberries, Or Fruit Of Choice

Method

  • Melt chocolate. Using a silicone brush, "paint" the bottom and sides of the shells with the chocolate (or, if you're like me and don't want to spend that much time, just use the brush to put a dollop of chocolate on the bottom). Put in the refrigerator or freezer for a few minutes for chocolate to firm up.
  • Fill the shells with a spoonful of lemon curd, and then top with fruit of choice.
  • Enjoy!
