Ingredients

  • 4 cups rolled oats
  • 1 cup roasted lightly salted sunflower seeds
  • 34 cup pitted dates, chopped
  • 34 cup chopped dried apricot
  • 18 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 cup sunflower seed butter
  • 12 cup honey
  • 1 tablespoon grated orange zest

Method

  • In large bowl, combine oats, sunflower seeds, dates, apricots and salt.
  • Stir in sunflower seed butter, honey and orange zest.
  • Press mixture into prepared pan and refrigerate 30 minutes or until firm.
  • Remove from pan and cut in 16 bars.
