Ingredients
- 4 cups rolled oats
- 1 cup roasted lightly salted sunflower seeds
- 34 cup pitted dates, chopped
- 34 cup chopped dried apricot
- 18 teaspoon sea salt
- 1 cup sunflower seed butter
- 12 cup honey
- 1 tablespoon grated orange zest
Method
- In large bowl, combine oats, sunflower seeds, dates, apricots and salt.
- Stir in sunflower seed butter, honey and orange zest.
- Press mixture into prepared pan and refrigerate 30 minutes or until firm.
- Remove from pan and cut in 16 bars.
