Ingredients
- 24 ounces shark steaks
- 14 cup olive oil
- 2 teaspoons parsley
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
Method
- Coat shark on both sides with olive oil.
- Place in a pyrex dish.
- Sprinkle half of all remaining seasonings on one side.
- Leave to marinate for about 1 - 1/2 hours.
- Turn over, and marinate with the remaining seasonings for 1- 1/2 hours.
- To cook, we have a gas grill.
- We sprayed the grill with Pam, heated it on high, cook one side, 7 minutes with the lid up.
- Second side 7 minutes with the lid down.
- Don't be scared off if there's a dark section in it, that is the best part!
- Done.
- Let it sit, for 2-3 minutes before serving, and we lightly dab it in mayo to eat.
- Oh my goodness -- this was so good.
