Ingredients

  • 24 ounces shark steaks
  • 14 cup olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons parsley
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Method

  • Coat shark on both sides with olive oil.
  • Place in a pyrex dish.
  • Sprinkle half of all remaining seasonings on one side.
  • Leave to marinate for about 1 - 1/2 hours.
  • Turn over, and marinate with the remaining seasonings for 1- 1/2 hours.
  • To cook, we have a gas grill.
  • We sprayed the grill with Pam, heated it on high, cook one side, 7 minutes with the lid up.
  • Second side 7 minutes with the lid down.
  • Don't be scared off if there's a dark section in it, that is the best part!
  • Done.
  • Let it sit, for 2-3 minutes before serving, and we lightly dab it in mayo to eat.
  • Oh my goodness -- this was so good.
