- 1 lb skinless boneless turkey breast, tenders
- 2 teaspoons canola oil
- 1 teaspoon low sodium soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 14 teaspoon minced garlic
Method
- Place turkey flat, not overlapping in a Zip N Steam bag.
- In a small bowl, whisk oil, honey, soy, and garlic.
- Drizzle over tenders.
- Steam until an no longer pink at all, about 10 minutes.
- Shake tenders to ensure they haven't stuck together while cooking.
- Remove chicken from bag and discard the juice.
