Ingredients

  • 1 (12 oz.) can beer
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp. ginger
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 small onion, chopped fine
  • 1 tsp. soy sauce
  • 1 tsp. A.1. steak sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire
  • 1/2 tsp. mustard
  • 1/2 tsp. horseradish
  • 3 c. water
  • beef roast (boneless is best)

Method

  • Pour beer over roast and bake 1/2 hour at 350°.
  • Mix together remaining ingredients and pour over roast; continue baking at 350°, covered, until meat is well done.
  • Use broth to pour over meat when served.
