- 1 (12 oz.) can beer
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. ginger
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 small onion, chopped fine
- 1 tsp. soy sauce
- 1 tsp. A.1. steak sauce
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire
- 1/2 tsp. mustard
- 1/2 tsp. horseradish
- 3 c. water
- beef roast (boneless is best)
Method
- Pour beer over roast and bake 1/2 hour at 350°.
- Mix together remaining ingredients and pour over roast; continue baking at 350°, covered, until meat is well done.
- Use broth to pour over meat when served.
